General duties for Food Services
Assistant Manager/Lead Cook

Assist
with food preparation in a safe & timely manner.
- □
Assist
with serving and interacting with guest groups.
- □
Assist
with the proper receiving and storage of food.
- □
Assist
with keeping the kitchen clean and sanitary.
- □
Assist
with orders, schedules, training
Qualifications
- □ Must
have transportation
- □
Must
be physically able to be on your feet for 8 hours. This job is physically demanding, requires
lots of walking, standing and lifting.
- □
Must
be teachable and able to learn our systems, as well as cooking for dietary
needs.
- □
Must
be willing to clean and help with dishes.
- □
Must
be flexible with work hours. Shifts vary
due to the need and the season and could be any day of the week
- □
Must
have Food Safe 1 certificate
- □
First
aid is an asset
