Welcome to Camp Luther’s leadership program that’s all about helping high schoolers grow into confident, servant-hearted leaders. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your faith, build leadership skills, or make incredible memories, this is the place for you!


Here’s what it’s all about:

  • Be Equipped to Lead: Learn hands-on leadership skills by working with a team, taking on responsibilities, and getting guidance from amazing Senior Staff.

  • Be Encouraged through Relationships: Tackle fun challenges, explore the great outdoors, connect with amazing mentors, and form friendships that will last a lifetime.

  • Be Inspired by Jesus: Connect with Christ through devotions, meaningful discussions, and opportunities to serve.

What’s being a Junior Staff Like?

First, you come out to camp for an awesome training weekend in May with the rest of the Junior Staff. Then in summer you put the skills you've learned at Junior Staff Training into action as you lead a cabin of campers alongside your Senior and another Junior and experience the joy (and fun!) of making an impact. There are also opporunities throughout the year for Juniors to come back to camp to lead cabins at retreats.
