COVID-19 has greatly impacted the camp and retreat sector. The health and safety of both our guests and employees is of the utmost importance to us. Housekeeping and cleanliness has always been a priority, but COVID-19 has forced us to be even more vigilant. As we reopen to guests at Camp Luther, we want to let you know about the changes we have implemented and what you can expect when you stay here.
COVID-19 is an infectious disease that mainly spreads through direct contact with an infected person and their respiratory droplets. Respiratory droplets are generated by breathing, speaking, coughing, and sneezing. Your exposure risk is greatest when you have prolonged exposure with an infected person. The virus can also spread if you touch a contaminated surface and then touch your eyes, nose, or mouth. A surface can become contaminated if droplets land or someone touches it with contaminated hands.
At Camp Luther, we’re blessed to have multiple separate outdoor spaces as well as our beautiful covered patio that can be utilized to ensure plenty of room for physical distancing, giving our guests peace of mind for their retreat.
Also note that if you are arriving at Camp Luther one (1) member per party will be required to review, complete and submit the Group Leader Agreement on behalf of your family and/or group (available when making the reservation).
